I have tried selling online before, didn't make so much money but I learnt a lot and one of the things I learnt/discovered was the absence of 3pl companies in my country which contributed to slow delivery, customer dissatisfaction and overall failure in my e-commerce business. I have the dream of starting an 3pl business for e-commerce merchant in my country, I have done some market research and from my analysis it should be a profitable business here, but the problem is I don't know how to go about it. what software to use or softwares to integrate for a seamless process for my customers. Someone should please educate me on how 3pl business work and how I can get started
