Shipping Inventory From the USA to Canada

So I've never had to ship inventory from the USA into Canada. My product comes in decent size cartons of 20 units. The cartons are about 38 lbs.

I am wondering if I can just go to UPS or Fedex and ship them to where they need to go, or do I need to pay duties/tariffs doing this? If so, how do I set that up and what services are available to do this?
