Outsourcing Customer Support Overseas

Hello, looking to outsource phone/chat/email customer support overseas - English-speaking work. We're finding the turnover right now is huge when we try to do it fully in-house (already have a few dedicated customer support people, not a glamorous job, so if they can get paid more, they will leave - especially in the pandemic-world where you don't have to move), to the point where we want to take a stab at it with an overseas alternative, and see how it works. There isn't anything complicated that is being done by this team, usually it's the same bunch of question - we just need someone that is dedicated and engaged.

I'm looking for help pointing me in the right direction. For those that have had positive experiences, would you mind sharing the group/agencies you have/do use, so I can look into them.

Note: I am aware of the negative connotations and potential problems of outsourcing. Totally ok with it. We have a dedicated customer service manager here and customer support team here, and it's worth trying to add an overseas customer support person, and see if it works out. If it doesn't work out with 2-3 different agencies, at least we tried, it'll be no worse than the turnover we're facing with our customer support staff during the pandemic.
