QUICK OVERVIEW:

We have recently launched Xatkit, a pretrained chatbot for eCommerce. The reception so far has been lukewarm and we wonder whether:

- The website is clear enough regarding the benefits of Xatkit and why store owners should add a Xatkit bot to their website

- The installation process seems too complicated / unclear as many of the people that sign up do not even end up trying to create the account.

Any feedback will be appreciated. Of course, you're welcome to try the product for free (especially if you're in WooCommerce) but at this stage, any comment on the website alone would also be very appreciated.
