For the past few months, we've been working on a product to help online stores send personalized videos to their customers at scale using AI. The stores we've been working with have been using the product to send post-purchase thank yous, abandoned cart emails, and at many other points along the customer journey, and they've been seeing really delighted responses from their customers.
