I have Google alerts and I check my mentions and stuff, but I’m wondering if I’m missing anything. I’m not looking to pay $1k a month for some enterprise solution, but is there some $20-$100 a month solution that I can pick a handful of iterations of my brand name and have it search all the platforms for text and hashtags and stuff?
I try to search Google but have nothing close to real time to engage. I’ve seen some brands respond quickly on Reddit so I assume there’s some bot I could use specific to Reddit. But I’m not using a bunch of platforms at all (YouTube, Twitter, tiktok, etc) so I would like a solution that allows me to monitor (not necessarily in real time) my brands mentions out in the ether.
