I have a new product. It is a type of non-disposable lighter. I’m about to go through the process of getting product liability insurance and writing up a safety/warning data sheet to include all forms of risks and use guidance. I just found out about the USCPSC. Would I be okay with just PLI or are there additional hoops to jump through regarding legal sale of this item. Thanks in advance for any/ if all replies!
